Introduction to Software Development (COSC 1010)

Course Description:
Introduction to abstraction, algorithmic thinking, simulation and testing for computer-based problem solving. Students learn a high-level programming language and use tools developed by computer scientists and software engineers to solve problems. No prior programming experience is assumed. 3 hrs. lecture, 2 hrs. lab.
Responsibilities:
- Taught a weekly 2-hour lab section of 22 students and graded lab assignments
- Helped all Computer Science students with any course material by staffing the CS Help Desk once a week
- Proctored written exams
- Worked with a team of 1 other undergraduate TA, 2 graduate TAs, and 2 professors
