Graduated from Marquette University!

4 years passed in the blink of an eye! This May, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marquette University with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Cognitive Science, along with minors in Dance and Gender and Sexualities Studies and a concentration in Innovation Leadership (E-LEAD). Through all of the personal reflection, heavy class discussions, semester-long group projects, late nights at the Systems lab, and long hours in the Humphrey practice room, Marquette gave me the opportunity to explore different areas and continuously challenge myself.
I am so grateful to my friends, family, and professors who supported me along this journey. Dr. Amelia Zurcher, who always provided me with new opportunities to guide my exploration into research. Dr. Dennis Brylow, who mentored me as a TA for Operating Systems. Dr. Ericka Tucker, who helped me view the intersection of the mind and technology from different philosophical perspectives. Jennifer Benjamin, MBA and Kate Trevey, who constantly challenged me to unleash my unique genius. And of course, Dr. Michael Zimmer, who mentored me for the past three years, gave me opportunities to find my passion, and encouraged me to pursue higher academics.
With that said, I am thrilled to announce that I will be continuing my education at the University of Michigan School of Information. This fall, I begin my studies as an Information PhD student under the guidance of Dr. Nazanin Andalibi. I am so excited to begin the next step of my journey!
